This machine is set up in for loading 9mm at speeds up to 245 ppm. The tooling for .223 is included in the fixed price, and the ATLM can change over calibers in 15 minutes. All bullet weights and types, even frangible ammo, can be loaded into trays using this machine. Other machines are single bullet type, can't be changed over, don't work with frangible ammo, and are prohibitively expensive.<br />This machine is brand new. It came from a Nevada bankruptcy and settlement where we were received the equipment instead of cash payment, and it works perfectly and efficiently. It is optimized for trays made by Reaco, and Americraft/High Plains/Falcon Plastics! <br />The machine comes with 1 full day of training.

Offered for sale is BlackRock Cartridge Casing Head Turn and Trim Machine. This is an automatic lathe that can either cut the ejector groove on the ammunition casing (brass or steel), or it can do the final trim of the mouth or casing blank of such casing. It was the precursor design to the Saginaw Machine Systems BRUT, and we have found it is mostly identical in most matching parts. This machine was won in auction and taken off a production floor, we never got around to tooling it or running it, so it seems to have fewer running hours from our inspection. The machine runs most operations reliably at 100 parts per minute. We are offering this older machine for sale, since we produce a new generation PLC controlled head turn and trim machine in house, and these older cam operated machines are very rare and in high demand right now. You can get this sort of machine tooled up and turnkey from many specialists that we can refer you to. The machine will ship fully assembled placed into a heavy-duty crate.
